23rd March 1940 is a status mile stone in the actuation of Pakistan, because the Muslim of Hind took a decision of separate and independent Islamic kingdom in the annual session of All India Muslim League in Lahore Minto Park (current Iqbal Park). 23 March 1940 ka din tehreek e Pakistan mein aik sang meyl ki hesiyat rakhta hai. Kyun ke is din Lahore ke Minto park ( maujoda Iqbal park ) mein munaqid hone wale All India Muslim League ke annual session mein shareek Musalman an e hind ne yeh faisla kiya tha ke wo aik azaad islami mumlikat hasil karenge aur phir ijlaas mein manzoor ki jane wali qarardad ke bad mehaz 7 saal ke mukhtasir arsey mein wo aik alehda watan hasil karne mein kamiyab ho gaye.
All India Muslim League ke is ijlaas mein barresagheer Pak o hind ke us waqt ke 11 provinces se All India Muslim League ke akabreen ne shirkat ki aur sher Bengal Maulvi Fazal ul Haq ki qarardad ki bharpor himayat ki. In akabreen en apne apne province ki numaiyndegi karte hue qarardad ki himayat mein jin khayalat ka izhaar kiya, wo bhi yaqinan tarikhi aehmiyat ke hamil hain. Maulvi Fazal ul Haq ki taraf se pesh ki jane wali qarardad ki taiyd karne walon mein sab se pehla naam Chaudhry Khaleeq uz Zaman ka aata hai. Jin ka talluq Sooba e UP se tha. Qarardad mein jo scheme pesh ki gai hai. Wo har zawiya nazar se munsifana, munasib aur mauzoo hai. Musalman kisi bhi halat mein aik aesi majlis dastoorsaaz ki tajveez ki himayat par tayyar nahi, jis ki zad se Musalman aik aur 3 ki nisbat main aqliyuat ba jaey. ” unho ne Raj coat tehqiqati committee ke taqarrur ka waqeya yaad dilate hue kaha, “Mister Gandhi ne is committee mein 2 Musalman o ko shamil karne par aamadegi zahir ki thi. Main apne hum mazhabon se darkhuwast karta honk e wo aqliyati soobon mein rehne wale Musalman o ke liye pareshan aur mutaraddid nah on. Humen apne ALLAH PAK par bharosa aur aitemad hai ke aik din aisa zaroor aaega, jab Muslim aksariyati soobon mein apne Bhaiyyon ki tarha hum bhi azaad ho jaenge”.
